Digital Marketing for Creating a Humanitarian Impact
As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance its team’s capabilities and develop its professional skills, the Maras Development Organization concluded a specialized training course titled “Digital Marketing for Humanitarian Impact.” The three-day, 15-hour training program was led by trainer Mahmoud Al-Awami.

The training covered a range of important topics relevant to the digital transformation in development and humanitarian work, including:

🔹 The fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its application in analyzing donor data and understanding their behavior.

🔹 Creating humanitarian content and generative digital storytelling using text, images, and video.

🔹 Automating digital campaigns and building chatbots to serve supporters and enhance communication with them.

🔹 Measuring the performance of digital campaigns while adhering to ethical standards and protecting beneficiary privacy.

This training aligns with the organization’s vision of leveraging modern technologies and artificial intelligence to improve institutional performance and enhance the impact of humanitarian programs and initiatives, thereby contributing to reaching target communities more efficiently and effectively.
