Over the past two days, the #Maras team organized a training course titled “Guide to Assessing Community Needs,” led by trainer #Riyad_Boumtari. The course aimed to enhance participants’ abilities to understand and apply scientific needs assessment methodologies, while ensuring a comprehensive approach to assessment.
The course focused on data collection tools, needs analysis, and identifying development priorities, supporting the design of more effective projects that are responsive to community needs.
Participants from several Libyan cities, including #Benghazi, #Tobruk, #Al-Bayda, #Shahhat, #Bata, #Sirte, #Jalu, and #Al-Kufra, attended the course. This course is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to support and build the team’s capacity to ensure higher quality and more effective performance.
