Continued efforts are underway to strengthen the organization’s institutional structure by developing the team’s skills and knowledge.
On the second and third days, trainer Salem Al-Madani addressed topics related to the work of organizations and the projects they implement. He emphasized their role as a powerful economic engine with direct, indirect, and induced impacts.
He also discussed how to translate knowledge into tangible market value, as well as how to prepare budgets and financial reports for projects.
This training is part of the 2026 training plan, which aims to enhance the organization’s capabilities in a more professional manner, with the participation of a select group from Benghazi, Tobruk, Al-Bayda, Shahat, Batta, Sirte, Jalu, and Al-Kufra.
