The fifth day of the training program, led by trainer Riyad Boumtari, was dedicated to introducing the Sphere Handbook, one of the most important international references in humanitarian work.

Participants learned about the core standards of humanitarian response and how to apply them to ensure the quality of interventions and protect the dignity of beneficiaries in various contexts.

The session was characterized by interactive discussions and the exchange of experiences, reflecting the team’s commitment to developing its performance according to best international practices.

This training is part of the organization’s capacity-building plan, with the participation of a select group from Benghazi, Tobruk, Shahat, Al Bayda, Batta, Gulf of Sidra, Jalu, and Al Kaf.
