The training covered important topics, including:
Enhancing the participation of women and youth within the organization, recognizing them as essential partners in development.
Ensuring that all our activities are inclusive and non-exclusionary, and that they consider the needs of diverse groups.
Developing clear mechanisms for inclusivity that guarantee equal opportunities and effective participation.
Supporting parallel pillars that empower youth and women to contribute to decision-making and fieldwork.
